Got my x-mas shopping completely done and wrapped. Jordan's presents are hanging out under the tree, begging to be ripped open...by me mostly. I want him to open them now! I'm so excited that I may have hit the bullseye on his gifts.
Wish I was at home though so I could do the same for all of you. Your gifts will be on their way shortly though. Work has killed me all this week and looks like it'll be taking up my weekend as well, but I will get those out to you!
Especially the kids' presents. I'm hoping I can get those to Andi by Xmas eve.
So, I'm making Lemon Chicken tonight and think I may have screwed it up. Can anybody post the recipe on here so I can finally have a solid copy?

Brown chicken in butter, remove chicken, add onion, saute till golden brown, add 1/4 cup lemon juice mixed with 1 egg yolk to pan scraping up bits of the good stuff, then add chicken stock and add chicken cooking until done.
If sauce needs thickened add corn starch slurry.
I dont have exact meausrements, kinda just go with it!
Fresh lemon juice tastes better than concentrate.

THANKS! I added WAY too much lemon juice. It was painful to eat. Forced us to eat all the rice though. :)
