Md. judge admits deflating tire over parking spot
LA PLATA, Md. (AP) _ A circuit court judge has acknowledged he deflated a tire on a car parked in a restricted area near his courthouse earlier this week. But he isn't apologizing. Charles County Judge Robert C. Nalley told station WUSA on Wednesday that he let out the air because leaving notes for those parked illegally isn't effective.

I had jury duty in this guy's court. He thought he was making his point to the driver--thought that towing or ticketing would have been a costly way to go for the idiot cleaning lady who kept parking in the restricted area. next time, he'll call the tow company. :)

well, don't because this judge is now suspended and having a very hard time. He should have just had the idiot towed instead of "destroying" property maliciously. best part is that cops at the court house took photos and video of him doing it.

I never did because yes it is destruction of property and I am not above the law...something the judge forgot about himself...

I understand that...but i'm still so freaking irritated that this idiot woman felt that the law didn't apply to her. that restricted parking was for everyone but her. he had the chance to bring her down and hold her accountable... blew it. another idiot gets a free pass.

yeah...but the idiot gets a free pass because someone that should have had the good since to not go above the law did so, meaning the person got away with parking in the restricted spot.

since = sense...
