Ben & Jerries is just awesome

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,545841,00.html

Everyone go out and buy as much of your favorite flavor as fiscally possible. Disney, Apple and now Ben & Jerries. I'm so happy at consumerism right now.

really? changing the name and having two grooms raises awareness? only served in vermont, only at their stores? umm...think this wont catch on...

so many better methods, especially regarding redefining protection of all couples under law, to be taken, but whatever...

Anything raises awareness, brobro. What better way can an ice cream company raise awareness? They're just showing the local market that Vermont's decision was a good one and is well-supported.

Besides...peanut-butter-filled pretzels! mmmmm....I'd marry a peanut-butter-filled pretzel.

never had chubby hubby...actually I only like a couple flavors of ben and jerry's...

just seems like its the same thing over and over again...trying to convince people that their religious views should change is sucha stupid thing to attempt...

redefining what is legally protected under the law is what needs to happen. Changing the definition of "marriage" as a legal protection to something other than that name is what needs to occur.

trying to redefine marriage is what is happening, and that is offensive to many people in this country (as backward as it is). I believe that it doesn't matter, and all in society should share the same protection under the law, and that the gov't shouldn't really care about the individual lives of its citizens.

However, I do not agree with the belief that marriage as it is defined in most religions should be challanged by society. Marriage as defined in most religions is that of a man and woman. Some sects of Christianity have embraced all, however those are not the main stream christian beliefs.

Again, its more about our country protecting the rights of citizens, and less about calling it marriage...half fail anyway.

Nathan's right about supporting citizens rights.

People will consciously choose to release any belief or way of being that is not supportive of wealth and replace it with one that is.

Marriage will change in the future, and be replace with something more conscious and accepting of who we all are today and not who we were yesterday.

I'm 100% confident.
